YFM Sweeps Seven Awards at Ghana DJ Awards 2018

YFM, Ghana’s number one urban station, on May 5, 2018, bagged 7 prestigious awards at the just ended Ghana DJ Awards which took place at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC).
The 2018 Edition of the Ghana DJ Awards dubbed ‘The Chosen’ was to honor DJs across the the country and abroad making Ghana Proud wherever they find themselves in the year under review.
On the night, YFM’s Vision DJ won Best Night Club DJ of the Year,  DJ Mic Smith won Best Event DJ of the Year, DJ Kess won Best Female Radio DJ of the Year.
YFM Kumasi’s DJ Slim won three awards which are Hiplife DJ of the YearBest Male Radio DJ and Best DJ Ashanti Region. DJ Aroma also of YFM Kumasi won Best Pub DJ of the Year.
According to Eddy Blay, Programs Manager at YFM, these awards confirm how committed the station is to support its staff to attain greatness.
“ The YFM brand is a very powerful one and this has over the years been established. We commend all the award winners and the entire workforce of YFM for their hard work and dedication to the brand. We look forward to winning more awards in other upcoming award events,” Eddy Blay said.
