           UNEMPLOYMENT, CREATIVITY AND LOGICAL RESPONSE:
NOBODY SHOULD TELL ME THAT THIS GUY HAS LOW IQ WHEN HE IS CREATING AN ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION TO UNEMPLOYMENT PROBLEMS.  DON'T YOU THINK THAT THE GOVT SHOULD SET UP SPECIAL GRANTS/FUNDING/LOANS FOR PEOPLE LIKE HIM TO COMPLIMENT THEIR ENTEPRENEURIAL ACTIVITES?  TALK TO YOUR ELECTED OFFICIALS OR SHARE THIS, LET THE GOVT SEE THINGS SUCH AS THESE.

CITIZEN'S RIGHTS, DRIVER'S GREED AND LAWLESSNESS IN GHANA

A KANESHIE-TAKORADI "PASHEW"  CAR IS ON THE WAY TO TAKORADI. ON REACHING SOMEWHERE ON KASOA ROAD, THE DRIVER RECEIVES A CAR FROM ACCRA TO COME BACK FOR PASSENGERS TO KUMASI AND HE DECIDES TO TRANSFER HIS PASSENGERS UNTO ANOTHER CAR. IS IT OKAY TO DO THIS IN GHANA WITHOUT ANY CONSEQUENCE? DO PASSENGERS HAVE A RIGHT?  CAN A PASSENGER SUE THE CAR OWNER BY PRESENTING A CASE USING THE CAR NUMBER?

SIT NEAR AN EXIT Know where the entrances and exits are, and sit near one of them if possible. This will enable quick egress during an emergency. That said, don’t seat yourself closest to the entrance – which is an immediate point of focus. DON’T BOX YOURSELF IN ...

TECH TECH-DOMAIN NAMES

Will I Have to Continue to Pay a Fee to Keep My Domain Name After I Buy It? by Christopher Heng, thesitewizard.com One of my visitors wrote to ask me, "what happens after the year for which I paid to own the domain name? Who would I be paying in order to have the right to keep the domain for a second year or more? If my site is successful, am I likely to find the registrar demanding an inflated price for me to keep that name?" This article attempts to clarify the issues pertaining to registering or "buying" a domain name . It's an Annual Fee The fee you pay the domain name registrar is an annual fee. In other words, you "own" the domain only as long as you keep paying the yearly fee for it. In this sense, the "ownership" of the name is not like the ownership of a physical object (eg, a car) that you buy, where once you pay for it you own it permanently. Instead, it's more like a rental fee where, as long as you pay the ...
